How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made with care, so processing typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the way!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! We’re happy to ship worldwide 🌎

What if my order is delayed?

We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Because our pieces are made with care, slight delays can happen during high-demand periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to reach out—we’ll gladly check on it for you.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Once an order is marked as delivered, it is under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked, while others are released as limited drops and may not return. We recommend purchasing when available to avoid missing out.

Do you offer refunds for failed deliveries or refused packages?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, we may offer store credit once the item is received back, minus any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
